Prints
Fine art prints made on Baryta Hahnemühle 315g paper, limited to 30 copies, numbered and signed by Bruno Lapeyre can be ordered.
The first prizes are €129, for a print in 20 x 20 cm (around 7.8 x 7.8 inches) format, and €159, for a print in 30 x 20 cm (around 11.8 x 7.8 inches) format. Delivery costs are free from two small prints (20 x 20 cm or 30 x 20 cm) or one large print ordered.

The price of a print only depends on the size of the print, not on the chosen print:
20 x 20 cm (around 7.8 x 7.8 inches): 129 €
30 x 20 cm (around 11.8 x 7.8 inches): 159 €
30 x 30 cm (around 11.8 x 11.8 inches): 219 €
45 x 30 cm (around 17.7 x 11.8 inches): 259 €
They are made as soon as possible by my favorite professional laboratory on Baryta Hahnemühle 315g paper.
Prints of other sizes and on other supports can be ordered.
The printed image is slightly smaller than the chosen format because a white outer edge frames it.
Each print is signed on the back, numbered and produced within the limit of 30 copies per format.

COPYRIGHTS
All works reproduced on this site, as on any other, physical or virtual, remain the exclusive property of Bruno Lapeyre. They cannot be reproduced or exhibited without his consent. Buying prints does not change this rule.
PRINT ORDERS
Print orders cannot be canceled or refunded: they are “final” insofar as they involve a third-party service sponsored by Bruno Lapeyre as soon as possible, upon receipt of the order, for a fee, to produce each print chosen by the buyer. The work is specially created, it is indeed impossible, except by extreme chance, except to have exactly the same request a few days after its realization, to recycle it.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
As provided by law and under the previous point: no withdrawal period can apply in this case.
NUMBER OF PRINTS ORDERED
The number of prints being limited to 30 copies, in order to benefit the greatest number of collectors possible, the author of an order undertakes not to order more than three prints per format.
PRICES
The first price for a print is 129 euros (20 x 20 cm).
On December 27, 2022, prices per size are, for example, the following:
20 x 20 cm: 129 €
30 x 20 cm: 159 €
30 x 30 cm: 219 €
45 x 30 cm: 259 €
SHIPPING
The buyer is of course responsible for the shipping and telephone contact details given at the time of payment: he pays the greatest attention to them when entering them, knowing that these details will be used by a third party service responsible for shipping; knowing that potential carriers may be required, if necessary, to contact them by mail or phone to deliver their order. The seller cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the shipment if the contact details given by the purchaser were incorrect.
Shipping costs are free from two small prints (20 x 20 cm or 30 x 20 cm) or one large print ordered.
PRINT QUALITY
The author of the works ordered on the site has chosen to call on one of the largest professional laboratories: there may be a difference between what is displayed on the buyer’s screen and the print which will be faithful to the image displayed on the professional monitor of the author who made the corresponding file available to the laboratory. The monitors of the most expensive computers or not, even calibrated, are incapable of restoring the colors and nuances that a professional monitor can display, especially in the high and low lights. The author of the photographs knows, from experience, that the laboratory chosen to make the prints produces them in full respect of his work. Be that as it may, the author will always check the quality of each print produced by the laboratory and will only send the buyer, after having signed and numbered them, prints for which he has validated the quality. The buyer can of course in no way dispute this notion of quality which belongs only to the author of the work.
DATA RETAINED
In order to be able to manage his production while guaranteeing the notion of original work for each work sold and to ensure traceability of the origin of his works, the author keeps the names and contact details of the buyers as well as the formats and numbers of the prints associated with these names and contact details. This data will never be communicated to third parties.
TAXES – VAT
The seller, Bruno Lapeyre, is exempt from payment of VAT pursuant to article 293-B of the French General Tax Code.
